What is a Will?
A Will is a legal document in which a person specifies the method to be applied in the management and distribution of their estate/assets after their death.
Why do I need a Will?
If you have a spouse or dependants and own any assets, then you need to have a Will in place. If you die without a Will you are said to die ‘Intestate’ which means your assets will be distributed according to law. This may result in the incorrect people inheriting your estate after you death.
